When should I plan my flight?
Allow more than one morning in Cappadocia if a balloon flight is important to your trip. Request your first suitable morning and keep another morning flexible. A spare day gives you another opportunity; it does not guarantee a flight or seats. Sunrise changes with the season, so use the pickup time confirmed for your booking rather than a fixed time from an old itinerary.
How does availability work?
Send your preferred date, guest count and hotel to our team. We contact the balloon operator on WhatsApp to check seats and confirm the quote. Sending a request does not reserve a seat. Wait for written confirmation before treating the flight as booked. Online card payment will be available only after our bank integration is activated; ask us for the current payment options.
What if the weather prevents flying?
Flights depend on suitable weather and operational approval. A clear sky does not by itself mean a flight can take place. If your flight is cancelled, contact us with your booking reference. We check a later date with the operator, subject to seats, or explain the applicable refund process. Check the cancellation policy attached to your particular booking; a weather cancellation and a guest cancellation are different situations.
What should I bring and confirm?
Wear layers and closed shoes, and keep your phone charged for pickup messages. Confirm the pickup hotel, flight area, operator and what your quote includes. Tell us about age or health restrictions before booking so the operator can confirm eligibility. If flying is not possible, ask about a sightseeing tour or a flexible private itinerary instead of assuming every outdoor activity will operate.
